I’m Mariana - a coach and yoga & Pilates instructor. After years in the music industry, I reached a point of burnout that forced me to rebuild differently.

Through movement, running, nervous system regulation, and restorative practices, I began rebuilding my health, my identity, and my relationship with stress, one step at a time.

This space is for people navigating burnout, overwhelm, and the process of rebuilding themselves more sustainably.

Mariana

After nearly two decades working in the music industry, I chose to completely reinvent my life.

Years spent in high-pressure, fast-paced environments made me deeply aware of how stress, burnout, and irregular routines affect both our bodies and our minds.

I know what it feels like to operate at a high level while being completely out of sync: mentally, physically, and emotionally.

That experience led me to explore a different way of living and working.

Today, I’m a yoga and Pilates instructor and mindset coach, combining movement, nervous system work, and habit change to help high-performing women reset, rebuild, and feel like themselves again.

My work is about creating structure without pressure, and helping you move from burnout and inconsistency into clarity, energy, and self-trust.
